Develop and manage a content creation calendar in line with the brands managers’ monthly content plan to ensure that all content is published on a regular and consistent basis.
- Work with Head of marketing to create visually stunning and engaging content for social media, websites, and digital platforms, including photography, videography, and graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative collaterals for campaigns and promotions that align with business objectives
- Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to production and post-production.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography techniques and tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across all marketing channels, and use insights to inform future content creation strategies.
- Edit and optimize visual content to ensure that it is high quality, on-brand, and meets the needs of various marketing channels and platforms.
- Creating interesting, fun, relevant, original, high-quality content (posts, video, images) for all relevant social media platforms to build awareness, convert and retain followers.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into content creation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication,
- Broadcasting, or related field preferred.
- Experience : 1 - 3 years proven experience as a content creator
- Be up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Passion for the fashion retail industry and a creative mindset to develop innovative and compelling content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
