**Job Summary**: As a Baking Crew Member, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for preparing and baking a variety of confectionery products. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for baking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of confectionery products according to recipes and specifications.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
- Maintain cleanliness of the baking area and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in baking or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Passion for baking and a creative flair for decorating.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
