**Ringkasan Tugas**

Kami sedang mencari **Eksekutif Operasi Pitstop** yang berdisiplin, teliti, dan proaktif untuk menguruskan operasi harian di Pitstop. Tugas ini merangkumi pengurusan stok, penyelarasan kerja, khidmat pelanggan, dan aktiviti pemasaran bagi memastikan operasi berjalan lancar, mematuhi SOP, serta memberikan pengalaman terbaik kepada pelanggan.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**

**1. Operasi & Pengurusan Stok**
- Menyediakan laporan stok harian bagi bateri baharu, scrap, floating, wiper, dan peralatan.
- Memastikan kad stok dikemas kini dan selaras dengan stok fizikal.
- Melaksanakan pemeriksaan senarai semak peralatan Pitstop & RSA setiap hari.
- Memastikan pengurusan stok mengikut amalan **“First In, First Out” (FIFO)**.
- Menerima, menyemak, dan merekod semua stok masuk dalam sistem JBK.
- Mengurus pemindahan stok, kemas kini scrap, dan memantau inventori floating.

**2. Penyelarasan Kerja (Sistem JBK)**
- Mencipta pesanan untuk pelanggan walk-in atau panggilan terus (jualan baharu, servis jaminan, penghantaran jaminan).
- Menetapkan tugasan kerja kepada BHero (kakitangan/freelance) secara adil dan meminimumkan penolakan kerja.
- Menyusun tugasan dengan efisien untuk mengoptimumkan penggunaan tenaga kerja dan masa respon.

**3. Khidmat Pelanggan & Sokongan Teknikal**
- Melayan pelanggan walk-in dan panggilan dengan mesra serta cepat.
- Menjalankan pemeriksaan, pemasangan bateri, dan memberi cadangan produk.
- Mempromosikan produk Astra dan memastikan pelanggan berpuas hati.
- Mengecas bateri kategori rendah mengikut panduan dan mengemas kini rekod jaminan.

**4. Pemasaran & Promosi**
- Mengurus pemasaran dalam talian melalui Facebook, TikTok, dan platform lain.
- Memberi respon positif kepada komen atau maklum balas pelanggan.
- Menjalankan pemasaran luar talian, termasuk kerjasama dengan perniagaan setempat untuk mempromosikan perkhidmatan.
- Memantau dan memastikan peralatan pemasaran Pitstop sentiasa dalam keadaan baik.

**5. Pengurusan Tempat Kerja & Pematuhan**
- Menjaga kebersihan, kekemasan, dan keselamatan kawasan kerja mengikut amalan 5S.
- Mematuhi semua SOP, polisi syarikat, dan garis panduan operasi.
- Memastikan pematuhan waktu operasi serta menghantar laporan tepat pada masanya.

**Kelayakan**
- Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam operasi, logistik, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Pengetahuan asas teknikal bateri automotif adalah satu kelebihan.
- Kemahiran menggunakan sistem pengurusan stok (contoh: JBK, Ecount) adalah kelebihan.
- Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan mengurus pelbagai tugasan serentak.
- Sedia bekerja pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum jika diperlukan.
