**Production Planning Department 生产计划部1. Raw Material & Parts Planning 原材料与零件计划**
- Forecast requirements from production plans, issue accurate purchase orders, and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
- 根据生产计划预测物料需求，发出准确的采购订单，并确保供应商按时交货。

**2. Production Scheduling 生产排程**
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and 6-month Finished Goods (FG) production plans to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- 制定并维护每日、每月及6个月的成品生产计划，以满足客户需求和交期。

**3. Expediting & Coordination 加速与协调工作**
- Follow up with vendors, logistics, and internal teams to resolve delays, expedite urgent items, and confirm timely deliveries.
- 跟进供应商、物流及内部团队，处理延误事项，加快紧急物料进度，确保准时交付。

**4. Inventory Management 库存管理**
- Monitor stock levels, analyze variances, and adjust plans to maintain balanced inventory within targets.
- 监控库存水平，分析差异，并调整计划以保持库存平衡在目标范围内。

**5. Production Analysis 生产分析**
- Review daily production results, track front-end performance, and follow up on deviations.
- 审核每日生产结果，追踪前端绩效，并跟进异常情况。

**6. Sales Order Control 销售订单控制**
- Monitor incoming orders, confirm delivery dates, and adjust production schedules based on capacity and stock.
- 监控新订单，确认交期，并依据产能与库存调整生产计划。

**7. Continuous Improvement & Support 持续改进与部门支持**
- Analyze vendor capacities and market trends, participate in cost-saving or process improvement activities, coach junior staff, and support departmental operations.
- 分析供应商产能与市场趋势，参与降本及流程改善项目，指导初级员工，并协助部门整体运作。

职位类型：全职

薪资： RM3,000.00至RM4,500.00（每月 ）
