Admin Assistant Protege

**Job Scope**:
- Responsible to assist in administration tasks such as handling Invoices, Dos, POs,
- To perform a wide range of administrative and office duties including photocopying fax and mailing and etc.
- Maintain organized filing system and safekeeping of important documents
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc / additional duties, and responsibilities as and when required
- Assist in accounting and HR related duties.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Familiar with Autocount Accounting System is an added advantage
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English and interpersonal skills
- Highly independent person with sense of urgency, responsibility, commitment and discipline.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Able to start immediately.
- This position under PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM.
- Contract 1 YEAR.
- FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW ONLY
- CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
