Sulam Embroidery Operator

**JOB DETAIL:

Machine Operation
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, or similar).
- Set up the machine with appropriate threads, needles, and fabrics.
- Load and adjust designs using software or control panels.

Quality Control
- Inspect completed embroidery for accuracy, alignment, and defects.
- Ensure that thread tension and color match the design requirements.
- Perform necessary corrections or rework if needed.

Material Handling
- Prepare materials (fabric, thread, backing) before starting the embroidery process.
- Handle delicate fabrics and ensure mínimal wastage.

Maintenance
- Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Report any machine issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Design Adjustments
- Modify or adjust designs (if required) to suit customer specifications or machine capabilities.
- Work with digitizers or designers to finalize embroidery layouts.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
