Participate in the planning, execution, coordinating, and executing unique and unforgettable glamping events various projects based on business needs.

**Job Descriptions:

- **

**1. Event & CSR Activity Management**
- Research, plan, and execute impactful events to promote company's services and engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth pre-event planning and execution.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients via events/ conference and etc.
- Coordinate with media representatives and sponsors for collaborative initiatives.
- Produce post-event evaluation report and analyze the effectiveness of each event
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Propose marketing materials to publicize and promote the event
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reports and data analysis or presentations as needed for management

**2. Public /Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with social, online, print, and broadcast media, as well as influencers/KOLs.
- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance company’s brand visibility and reputation.
- Assist in the preparation of communication materials and coordination during media related matters.
- Monitor and evaluate media coverage and PR activities, providing insights to enhance marketing strategies.

**3. Governance**:

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal policies, manuals, processes, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in reviewing and awarding of contracts related to marketing and promotional activities.
- To perform or undertake other special or ad hoc assignment as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in **Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing**, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in **English and Mandarin (written and spoken)** as need to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and counterparts
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high intensity working environment.
- Able to travel and discipline to work from home
- Knowledge of education industry will be added advantage
- Excellent organizational, planning, attention to detail, problem solving and project management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
