**Job Responsibility**
- Manage daily social media content and publications to effectively represent the brand awareness.
- Develop digital content for platforms including Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and the company website.
- Generate quality leads to drive sales conversions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyse key performance indicators for monthly reports, providing actionable insights.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

**Job Specification**
- Develop a well-structured schedule for content execution.
- Research market trends to provide strategic content direction and collaborate with team members to create daily social media videos and posts.
- Ensure that campaign-related content updates are executed promptly and align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Work with the digital sales and sales teams to execute effective lead generation for sales conversions.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Assist in organizing marketing-related campaigns.
- Generate and update monthly performance reports for the Marketing Manager.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing overall marketing activities and performance.

**Job Requirements**
- Min 1 year of working experience as Social Media Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role is required for this position.
- Computer and social media literacy; Knowledge of digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
- Team-working, self-motivated, work well under mínimal supervision and independently
- Proactive, creative and innovative
- Able to work on Alternate Saturday

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
