**About Our Client**

Our client is a multinational group of companies that designs and manufactures world-class printed packaging, children's and novelty books and paper products. Their products are distributed internationally. It's a one-stop-shop service ranges from pre-press to print-to-packing and delivery.

**Job Summary**

Main operator to conduct machine and a highly experienced professional responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of advanced printing machinery used in the production of a wide range of printed materials. This role requires expertise in operating complex presses and ensuring the highest quality of printed output.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up printing machines according to job specifications, including selecting appropriate plates, inks, and paper.
- Operate printing machines to produce high-quality prints, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the print run.
- Monitor printing processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards and prevent errors.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with other team members, including designers, prepress technicians, and quality control inspectors, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Keep accurate records of job details, including materials used, production quantities, and any issues encountered during printing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Printing Operator, with proficiency in operating 2-color, 5-color, and 6-color printing machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of printing processes, including offset printing techniques.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a dedication to safety compliance.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed to meet production deadline

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
