Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of the plant utilities & facilities effectively and efficiently with mínimal downtime.
- To handle the management and maintenance of a condominium
- To handle the owners issues
- To plan for preventive and scheduled maintenance
- To handle the collections
- To handle service providers and contractors
- And other matters
- Perform any other works or responsibilities assigned by the Management related to engineering & maintenance

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Facilities and electrical or equivalent.
- Good all-rounded knowledge in construction management, planning capability, and contractual matters; adopt a lean mindset to cost and resource management.
- Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables. Proactive when solving issues and focused on the strategic goals of the project.
- Actively seeking to maximize value and minimize waste in processes and resource management; Believer in empirical data and measurement as the basis of decision-making to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Applicants with prior relevant experience in the residential/ commercial/ industrial sector will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
