**About the Role**

As a Content Creator & Producer Intern at Old Profession Healthcare, you’ll spearhead the ideation, planning, and execution of engaging multimedia campaigns across our social and e‑commerce channels. Gain end‑to‑end experience—from concept to publishing—while working alongside marketing strategists and creative leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Concept Development**: Brainstorm and pitch 3-5 creative content ideas weekly tailored to each platform’s audience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube).
- **Scripting & Storyboarding**: Write concise scripts, outline shot lists, and design storyboards for short‑form video and static posts.
- **Production Coordination**: Organize shoots by securing props, coordinating locations, and liaising with videographers, models, and influencers.
- **Content Creation**: Capture behind‑the‑scenes photos, B‑roll footage, and graphics assets as needed.
- **Editing Oversight**: Collaborate with editors to ensure final cuts align with the creative vision, brand guidelines, and platform specifications.
- **Publishing & Optimization**: Schedule posts, write captions, embed hashtags, and optimize for SEO and engagement metrics.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track content KPIs (views, engagement, click‑through rates) and prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a **Diploma or Degree** in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Journalism, or related.
- **Strong storytelling skills with excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Basic competency in photo/video capture and a working knowledge of editing workflows.
- Creative thinker, organized planner, and proactive collaborator.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
