**Overview**:
You will involve in the mechanical maintenance tasks across the entire site. This includes daily mechanical maintenance activities, collaborating closely with the Mechanical, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Executive, and Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will also support engineers with project execution, including Turnaround (TAR) and Shutdown activities, and oversee contractor performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support production teams in delivering maintenance services through corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies for mechanical and rotating equipment.
- Perform monitoring, inspections, maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Assist in executing facilities management and engineering project plans to ensure a safe and reliable workplace.
- Collaborate with supervisors and planners to prioritize urgent tasks, working closely with the production team.
- Report equipment faults and failures during servicing and recommend follow-up actions.
- Gather and input operational data to monitor critical equipment reliability and health.
- Use condition-based monitoring techniques to assess and troubleshoot equipment, recommending reliability enhancements.
- Manage work orders and documentation, including checklists, service reports, and maintenance records, for in-house and contractor tasks.
- Ensure the availability of tools and maintain workshop equipment, providing procurement recommendations to the Superintendent.
- Collaborate with engineers, executives, and planners to identify necessary third-party resources for activities like scaffolding and fabrication.
- Compile work packages for TAR and other projects, developing or reviewing procedures as required.
- Participate in equipment investigations and maintain comprehensive maintenance records under the site's reliability framework.
- Prepare daily reports and track daily activities.
- Represent the team in site meetings and provide updates from HSSE or other committees.
- Supervise contractors to enhance their technical skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 8 years of experience in Oil, Gas, or Chemical Plant industries, with significant exposure to heavy-duty rotating and high-pressure equipment.
- Hands-on experience in high-pressure hydrogen services is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in precision maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities under time pressure.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
