**Chiropractic Clinic Receptionist (Full-Time) Position at SPiNEWORKS**

We seek an outgoing, confident and warm individual to create a welcoming feeling in our Sunway GEO Avenue clinic and to help grow our client base. This person will be comfortable in the customer service role, working with people, and willing to develop knowledge of our chiropractic services, rates & care plans, and policies while helping the Team to educate our clients. They will ensure the clinic is clean, organized and well-maintained.

**Hours**:
45 hours/week (Full-Time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling classes & appointments, and processing daily payments
- Convert new clients into practice members through the purchase of our chiropractic and posture care treatment packages
- Have an outstanding organisational ability to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Ensuring the company is represented competently and professionally
- To maintain the cleanliness of the clinic along with the team

RM2200 - RM2800 (depending on experience)

Commissions for monthly sales target achieved
