中文幼儿园老师 Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during their time at the kindergarten.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Conduct classroom management effectively, ensuring students follow rules and maintaining a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, including observations, tests, and projects.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collect and mark student work, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as writing lesson plans, observation reports, and communicating with parents.
- Attend training and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.

*Note: Senior teachers are expected to work independently, while junior teachers may require mínimal guidance from the supervisor. Assistant teachers provide support to the classroom main teacher in various tasks and activities.
