**Responsibilities**:
- Handle the full spectrum of human resource and office administration tasks when necessary and depending on job capacity.
- Schedule the internal and external training program for employees and compile the attendance for HRDF claim purpose.
- Employee engagement involvement, such as festive celebration, team building, breakfast connect, sport day, and etc.
- Key in office fixed cost in accounting system.
- Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned from superior from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- **At least 3 months**’ internship period and can **start October 2022 onwards.**:
- **Other Added Advantage**:
1. Strong communication and writing skills in English and Malay.
2. Work independently and willing to learn.
3. Detailed oriented.
