Asst Mgr, Enviro

As the Assistant Business Development Manager of the Maritime and Enviro departments, the primary role includes driving business growth for Pentas Flora Sabah. The role holder is expected to develop and expand a network of new contacts to attract new customers, research and tap into new market opportunities, and making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Create and establish business relationships with industrial (manufacturing, plantation, pharmaceutical, FMCG etc), maritime customers, including suppliers of scheduled waste and expand new business opportunities.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones to improve and generate sales revenue.
- Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives.
- Develop goals for the business development team and strategies and ensure these goals are met.
- Train, guide, motivate and provide business direction for subordinates in line with company’s mission and objectives.
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer’s requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; and establishing targeted market share.
- To achieve and exceed department’s sales and profit target for the assigned portfolios.
- To improve the region’s collection / receivable and exceed / meet company collection targets.
- Sustain rapport with key customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; and anticipating new opportunities.
- Provide accurate information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Prepare monthly sales report or any other form of reporting for management review.
- Comfortable juggling numerous customers from multiple industries, on
- and off-site meetings and follow-ups.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
