Solar Crew

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
1. To perform maintenance work on the solar systems i.e. Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Preventive Maintenance (PM) efficiently across the region.

2. To assist the O&M Engineer or Technician in performing troubleshooting and diagnosis works to rectify the PV systems back to the desired performance level.

3. To represent the company during the maintenance works at the client site with high professionalism.

4. To practice knowledge transfer to the teammates on the maintenance works and troubleshooting works for PV systems.

5. To assist or initiate warranty facilitation works regarding the PV systems.

6. To prepare the pre or post-maintenance documentation such as Service & Maintenance Report (SMR), Toolbox Meeting (TBM), and any other required documents.

7. To assist in maintaining the pre or post-maintenance or any related documents to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 certification at the provided sharing channel.

8. To assist O&M Engineer or Superior on the task given from time to time.

9. To keep and maintain the company's assets provided for the PM or CM activity such as laptop, PV installation tester, Multimeter etc.

10. To perform proper and full housekeeping work on-site and at the O&M store.

1. Knowledge in solar systems and electrical parts such as PV modules, inverters, circuit breaker and cables.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and able to work in a team.

3. Good attitude, discipline and high level of integrity.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
