**Job Description Sales Advisor (Call Closing Jemaah Umrah)**

**Criteria**:

- Good and friendly communication skills.
- Having experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Eager to help and support prospective congregations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting prospective Umrah pilgrims to explain the packages offered.
- Help close sales over the phone.
- Provide friendly service and support to prospective Umrah pilgrims.

**Education**: High school certificate (sales), diploma or equivalent. Diploma in business management, marketing, sales or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a Sales Advisor or in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Early shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
