Job Responsibilities
- Assist doctor in consultation and treatment room.
- Prepare of treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of work stations
- Perform facials and other non invasive therapy
- Knowledge of Facial, Machines, Laser and others skills
- To assist doctor in routine medical procedures, following clinic standard operations procedure.
- Ensure client’s satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
- Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs.
- Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.

Job Requirement:

- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the Aesthetic industry.
- Good organization skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skill and pleasant disposition
- Highly independent and Excellent in communication skills
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
- Work passionately in customer service,
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
