**About Us**

As a one-stop retail destination for all things cats—from food to grooming to boarding—we are looking for a friendly, reliable **Retail Assistant** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store with warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail space and display shelves
- Handle POS system for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Assist in restocking inventory and receiving deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisors
- Promote in-store promotions and new arrivals to customers
- Ensure well-being of cats housed in-store (feeding, basic grooming, etc., if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- SPM or equivalent qualification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in retail or pet care is an added advantage
- Friendly, courteous, and passionate about animals, especially cats
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Team player with good communication skills

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
