**Conceptualizing and Designing**:

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that designs align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Transform complex ideas and messages into visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create designs that enhance the message and branding.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design concepts and campaigns.
- Review and make revisions to designs based on team feedback and project goals.
- **Branding and Identity**:

- Maintain consistency in design elements, ensuring that all visual aspects of the brand (logos, typography, color schemes, etc.) are consistent across all platforms and materials.
- Create and implement brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.
- **Designing for Digital and Print**:

- Create designs for both digital and print media, ensuring designs are optimized for each platform and format (web, social media, print).
- Prepare final designs for production, including file preparation for printing or web publishing.
- Ensure all designs are high quality, on-brand, and meet technical specifications.
- **File Management and Organization**:

- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project archives.
- Ensure that all files are properly labeled, versioned, and stored for easy access.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review designs for errors or inconsistencies before finalizing or presenting to clients or stakeholders.
- Ensure all design work meets project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
- **Staying Up to Date with Design Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and new technologies to ensure designs are modern and relevant.
- Experiment with new design techniques and styles to create innovative and visually stunning materials.
- **Client or Stakeholder Interaction (if applicable)**:

- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs, present ideas, and get feedback.
- Make adjustments to designs based on client feedback and ensure final designs meet their expectations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work (both digital and print).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
- Video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience with 3D design and animation (optional but beneficial).

Pay: RM1,957.63 - RM2,900.00 per month
