Set up Extrusion Machines and/or other machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycles.
- Control and adjust machine setting, i.e. speed, temperature, measurement.
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Test operation of machines periodically.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Check product labelling and inspection of final product.
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
- Maintain activity logs.
- Adhere to the company guidelines regarding packaging.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area.
- And/ or other task that related to the factory's operations include QC/ Packing.
- To carry out any other duties may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

- _Memastikan mesin tersedia (penentukuran, pembersihan, dll.) untuk memulakan kitaran pengeluaran._
- _Kawal dan laraskan tetapan mesin, contohnya: kelajuan, suhu, ukuran._
- _Menyediakan dan menyukat bahan mentah atau bahagian/ kandungan ke mesin separa automatik._
- _Periksa bahagian dengan ketepatan dan kemahiran mengunakan alat pengukur._
- _Uji operasi mesin secara berkala._
- _Membantu dalam menyelesaikan isu yang mungkin berlaku semasa syif._
- _Semak/ uji output untuk mengesan sebarang kesilapan atau kecacatan berkaitan mesin. _
- _Semak pelabelan produk dan pemeriksaan produk akhir._
- _Simpan rekod unit atau produk akhir yang diluluskan dan yang telah rosak._
- _Mengekalkan log aktiviti._
- _Patuhi garis panduan syarikat mengenai pembungkusan. _
- _Menjaga kebersihan peralatan dan kawasan kerja._
- _Dan/atau tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan operasi kilang termasuk QC/ Pembungkusan._
- _Untuk menjalankan apa-apa tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa._

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum academic qualification SPM or equivalent and related to job/ _Minima SPM kelayakan dalam akademik._
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools/ _Berpengalaman dalam industri pembuatan/ perkilangan yang mengunakan pelbagai mesin terutamanya (Extrusion Machine)._
- Self-motivated with a good attitude/ _Bermotivasi dan mempunyai sikap yang terbaik._
- Able to start immediately/ _Boleh bermula kerja dengan segera._
- Posses own transport and able to commute to work location_. Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri dan boleh datang ke tempat kerja dengan sendiri._

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
