**Responsibilities**:
1. Editing:

- Utilize industry-standard editing software to enhance and refine photos and videos. Edit and retouch images to achieve the desired visual style and brand guidelines. Create engaging and compelling video content by combining footage, audio, and special effects. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the final output aligns with project objectives.

2. Photography & Videography:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, events, product showcases, and more. Set up lighting, compose shots, and employ various camera techniques to achieve desired visual outcomes. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.

3. Creative Direction:

- Provide creative input and expertise in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots. Assist in conceptualizing visual ideas and translating them into captivating content.

4. Project Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end post-production process, from importing and organizing media to final delivery. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each project meets quality standards.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure the alignment of visual content with overall brand messaging and strategy. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and feedback.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a related field, encompassing photo and video editing, photography, and videography. Demonstrated expertise in using industry-standard photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

2. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Photography, Videography, Film, Media Studies, or a related discipline).

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in operating professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and other relevant photography and videography tools. Strong knowledge of photo and video editing techniques and software.

4. Creativity and Aesthetic Sense:

- A keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to visual content creation.

5. Organization and Time Management:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

6. Communication Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

7. Attention to Detail:

- Meticulous attention to detail in editing and post-production processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
