Provides administrative support to the relevant business units (clients) including target and promotional activities
- Compiling data and feedback
- Managing system administration i.e. system input on work plans execute, maintain and manage all master files, manage all auto, standard and ad-hoc reports to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Supports the relevant business units (clients) in the area of reporting by drawing actionable insights from available data and performs the role of project manager to ensure timely delivery of projects
**Job Requirements**:

- Demonstrate knowledge with trends and new developments in the industry, client/customer needs and professional expertise
- Ability to analyze business challenges and provide appropriate solutions, problem solving and results-driven
Required skill(s): Power BI, Presentations, MS office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
