You will join a tight-knit team of strategists, planners, producers, and creatives to pursue game-changing ideas for our clients - and provide stewardship over how, where, and when strategies come to life.
- Manages the client’s social media accounts and uploads content.
- Understands the overall concept of clients, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Work alongside the team to create a plan for content strategy
- Assist with execution of social media content and campaigns
- Brainstorms campaign and content ideas
- Copywriting for social postings
- Monitor postings to ensure brand message is consistent from the terminology used to images posted.
- Monitor competitor social media and produce competitive analysis
- Track social media content performance to identify high-performing ideas
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Support in Facebook LIVE production
- Take up ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Interact with followers and potential customers by replying the queries on client’s social pages
- Respond to client and internal department (creative, tech, studio, influencers management, finance) inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English - Good written & spoken. Mandarin/Malay language will be an advantage.
- Individuals who are willing to work as a team
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Internship period at least 3 months and above

Requirements aside, we are looking for a teammate with the right attitude who finds satisfaction in creating good work to be part of our team You'll be exposed to ongoing projects from our key accounts and learn how the team grow the agency business. **Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM599.00 - RM600.00 per month
