Job Responsible:

- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- Perform all types of billings including inter-company, debit notes, credit notes, invoice correction and billing adjustments in the AutoCount Accounting system
- Deliver accurate and timely billing for the business customers while improving customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with relevant departments for operational documents to support the billings and disbursements.
- Assist on administrative work and filing
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Hands on, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities task.
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skills : Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, willing to learn, proactive, result oriented, resourceful and able to multitask in a challenging environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
