1. Resolving IT support requests from employees
2. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
3. Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
4. Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
5. Maintaining records of IT issues, solutions, and system changes
6. Maintain service maintenance IT
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
