**ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE**

As an account executive, you will be handling full accounting responsibilities, supporting sales, handling daily tasks, coordinating audits, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with other departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full set of accounts, including AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, and so on.
- Support sales by generating invoices, issuing debit/credit notes, and performing related tasks.
- Handle daily accounting responsibilities like record-keeping, payment processing, and verifying payments.
- Prepare and coordinate the audit process and tax submissions.
- Ensure compliance of accounting records and systems with company policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments for accounting document preparation.
- Complete additional accounting tasks as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, with strong command in **English.**
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table/Vlookup),Myob accounting software** will be added advantage
- Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment
- Ability to cope well with dynamic and fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
