Responsible in managing sales, operation, asset protection, and administrative duties of the store to insure great customer experience and optimum profitability for the Company.

**Sales & Customer Service**
- Making sure that every customer is served in a timely manner, and managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide product knowledge and explain to customers about Wonder Suit Jovian.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service and resolves customer issues by determining optimal solutions.
- Maintain and control inventories and ensure adequate store supplies.
- Ensure all day-to-day sales transaction is properly documented.

**Marketing**
- Identify current and future customers requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers

**Store Administration**
- Ensure interior and exterior of store is clean and well maintained according to company standards.

**Staff Administration**
- To be motivated and inspired in order to achieve productivity and sales goals.
- To take ownership of personal performance and career development plans.

**Others**
- Perform duties as assigned by Area Manager / Store Manager & Supervisor.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
