Junior Pastry Chef

What we need from you;
1. Pastry Production: Assisting the Senior pastry chef for creating and producing a variety of high-quality pastries and baked goods for the café. This involves developing recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, and utilizing baking techniques to achieve desired results. They may create items such as croissants, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other artisan pastries in near future when team and SKUs getting bigger while company grow.
2. Menu Development: To assist the Senior pastry chef in menu development by suggesting and introducing new pastry items to the cafe's menu. They need to have a good understanding of current food trends, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions to create a diverse and appealing pastry selection.
3. Quality Control: Ensuring consistent quality is an essential responsibility of a pastry chef. They must maintain high standards in taste, presentation, and overall product quality. This involves monitoring baking times and temperatures, conducting taste tests, and regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the cafe's standards.
4. Inventory Management: Assisting the Senior Pastry chefs in managing inventory and ordering ingredients and supplies necessary for pastry production through company inventory & ordering system. They need to keep track of stock levels, ensure freshness of ingredients, and maintain efficient storage practices to minimize waste and control costs
What we require from you;
- At least 1 years of experience pastry in food & beverage line.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
