Material Planner

**JOB OVERVIEW**

To manage the materials and inventory needed for production.
To plan and maintain inventory sufficient to support production schedule.
To coordinate with other departments, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and use of materials.
To balance the supply and demand of materials and avoid excess or shortage of inventory.
To ensure smooth operations throughout the production without materials shortage
To monitor and control inventory level
To detect and resolve issues when they arise
To work together with inter related department

**REQUIREMENTS**

Diploma/Advanced Diploma

2 years' experience of working in material planning
Experience in manufacturing resource planning
Good knowledge of MS Office and MRP/SAP systems

Good interpersonal skills
Able to work with minimum supervision, highly disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure
Able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage
