**SOTC Play & Development Sdn. Bhd. (Playvelope)** is a dynamic special needs intervention and educational centre committed to empowering children with diverse developmental needs through personalized, evidence-based approaches. We are seeking a **highly experienced, independent, and proactive HR** to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering early intervention and individualized learning support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of **2 to 3 years of working experience** in a full-spectrum HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee issues firmly yet professionally.
- Familiar with HR-related systems and software.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working**:
**Mon - Fri : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm**
**Saturday : 8.00 am - 1.00 pm**
