Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overall ongoing projects, project management and planning activities.
- Follow up on submission and approval from relevant authorities.
- Prepare minutes of meeting for the assigned project.
- Plan and monitor project progress.
- Liaise and coordinate with consultant and contractors on project status, timeline and cost.
- Assist the Project Managers in terms of documentations and other administrative work such as tendering or procurement process by liaising with the correct bodies.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.

**; Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Civil and Structure Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Required skill : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
- Good communication, working attitude, mindful, adaptable/ flexible.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multitask and work well with stress.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
- Willing to transfer to Kampung Baru Subang in year end.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
