**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan and Implement Lesson**: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- **Create a Safe Learning Environment**: Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that encourages children to explore and learn. Follow all health and safety regulations.
- **Support Developmental Milestones**: Facilitate activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
- **Encourage Positive Behaviour**: Model and teach positive behaviours, empathy, and social skills. Use appropriate guidance techniques to manage behaviours and promote self-regulation.
- **Engage with Families**: Maintain open, positive communication with families. Share updates on children’s progress and encourage family involvement in their learning journey.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure cohesive and effective educational practices. Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred. KAP certification or other similar qualifications may be considered.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in daycare setting or preschool is highly desirable.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
