- To oversee production and ensure that process efficiency and effectiveness, quality control and compliances, safety of all production employees, cost budget and control, and other related operational standards are being met at all times.
- Plan and establish standards, policies, procedures, and protocols based on industry best practices are implemented within the production process.
- Set clear production goals and strategies, communicate to key personnel and ensure the goals are clearly understood and strategies are implemented in timely manner to meet all project delivery with the quality specification.
- Plan and the amount of necessary resource including workforce and material to be able to meet the require output capacity.
- Organize production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure the product meets the delivery schedule.
- Report to management on production levels and optimization, and also have a thorough knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance practices to be successful in workplace.
- Work directly between management executives and floor personnel to ensure all communication is communicated in proper manner.
- Liaise with other functional department to formulate strategy of production assembly to be able to support and meet the required output capacity.
- Lead Shop Floor Management System and ensure the objective is met with our expectations.
- Proactively highlights potential issue that may impact the quality, quantity, cost, and delivery of products with workable solutions to minimize production issue with the internal teams and stakeholders.
- To interview and recruit the best suit production members to join the team to meet the business growth.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel, identifying gaps and training needs to build and enhance job competencies to meet the performance standards at all times.
- Design and conduct related training such as in-process training and on-the-job training or any related program to enhance the workers competencies to produce products that meets customers’ specifications and requirements.
- To take necessary action to rectify any disciplinary issue to ensure compliance to the rule and regulations of the company and any other related.
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs to ensure the output meets internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Improve workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising safety or quality in producing 100% operational function upon handover.
- To establish related initiatives to meet any performance measurement to ensure continuous improvement in the department.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supervisory capacity of automation equipment assembly process.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Deep knowledge of automation assembly production management.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
