QAqc Assistant

**Job description**
- Perform required quality control inspection according to the HACCP plan, Quality Plan, work instruction, product specification and relevant standard procedure to ensure product (raw material, packaging material, in-process and finished goods) and process conform to the requirement. Any out of specification situation, to on hold or reject accordingly and further communicate to the relevant personnel.
- Perform product on hold processes and tagging of on hold pallet according to the standard procedure on any material which do not meet specification, highlight to the Production Executive or relevant personnel to take immediate action to prevent further defective products
- Support the implementation of food safety and quality management system as required such as data analysis, filing and documentation.
- Perform hygiene scrutinization on plant operators and production floor to ensure hygiene level fulfil required standard. Any non-compliance to be highlighted to the respective personnel and also his/her superior for necessary immediate correction.
- To ensure output quality meet customers’ requirements and regulatory requirements.
- To perform duties on research and development on all products of the company when requested.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job requirements**
- Min SPM holder. School leaver are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduate with Chemistry or Food Technology background will be highly considered
- Meticulous and enjoy QA/QC works.
- Able to read and write reasonably English/Bahasa Melayu language.
