Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer orders and process all related sales documentation (e.g., orders, invoices, and records).
- Update and maintain accurate sales databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and customers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track key performance metrics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Ensure adherence to established sales processes and deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Ensure all system data is current and properly maintained.
- Participate in direct marketing activities, outdoor promotions, and roadshows.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
