**Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather data from various sources and analyze using analytical tools.
- Conduct thorough research on industry dynamics, competitors, and customer needs.
- Clean and organize data for accurate analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness for customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct detailed segmentation analysis to inform targeted campaign strategies and enhance customer journeys.
- Analyze customer behavior data to implement effective retention strategies and monitor key metrics for improvement.
- Optimize campaign performance and ROI through advanced data analysis, identifying opportunities for increasing engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Create clear and concise reports, charts, and graphs to communicate findings effectively.
- Manage CRM systems, loyalty programs, and vendor relationships to support performance evaluation and strategic alignment.
- Evaluate user experience and provide recommendations for enhancements to other departments based on analytical insights.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prefer have 1 year experience in growth, marketing, CRM, BA or similar roles.
- **Fresh Graduates are welcome.**:

- Proficient in relevant tools for the role (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
- Having knowledge in **Power BI, Tableau, Python **or **SQL** is an advantage.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research and conceptualization skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
