**JOB SUMMARY**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Provide product information, advice, and assistance to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including organizing merchandise displays and restocking shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks such as stocktaking and replenishment.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent accidents and theft.
- Communicate openly and proactively with team members to coordinate efforts and optimize workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Operation hour, 6 day job.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized workspace.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and product knowledge is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LAGOON SDN BHD, SELANGOR.
