**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Descriptions of Duties**:

- Manage, maintain and ensure product, services, documentation and system compliance with quality standard (ISO 9001) and customer’s requirements. Reports and Reviews results of Quality analysis performance.
- Attend any relevant meeting/discussion. (as per instruction by superior). Assist the QSHE Manager in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Track and coordinate nonconformance issues within and between department. Planning and Schedule for internal audit and external audit. Conduct un-announced audit to site for quality inspection.
- To monitor ISO activities or program (eg: conduct training, audit, ISO documentations and etc). To support for incoming and outgoing inspection including QC Inspection report & SAP System
- To assist for Client Documentations submission. To support and assist subordinate in any related quality issue
- Ensure that all work activities comply with the relevant drawings, specifications and drawings.
- Ensure that non-conformance and deficiency reports are regularly collected and reported. Oversee quality matters on the site and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
- Assist QSHE Manager in the preparation of monthly quality reports. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
