**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of parts, tools, accessories, and consumables.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantity and quality of items received.
- Update **SQL inventory systems** promptly and accurately.
- Tag, label, and store items in designated storage areas following workshop organization standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Workshop Manager.
- Monitor stock levels and notify relevant personnel of low or overstock situations.
- Assist in preparing inventory-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely delivery of required parts and tools.
- Ensure all inventory areas are clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Support returns and warranty claims processes where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- **SPM or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is a plus.**:

- **Experienced in using SQL inventory system (compulsory).**:

- Basic knowledge of scooter parts (XMAX/NVX/NMAX) is an advantage.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory software).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit - able to lift and move stock items.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
