Kami sedang mencari **Leader Technician (Aircond)** yang berpengalaman dan berdisiplin untuk mengetuai pasukan teknikal dalam kerja-kerja pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan sistem penghawa dingin (aircond).

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Menyelia kerja pemasangan, servis dan pembaikan aircond di tapak pelanggan
- Membimbing dan mengurus juruteknik bawahan
- Memastikan semua kerja dilakukan mengikut SOP dan standard keselamatan
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan secara profesional
- Menyediakan laporan kerja harian & status projek

**Syarat Kelayakan**:

- Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang aircond (servis, pemasangan & troubleshooting)
- Mempunyai sijil teknikal berkaitan (contoh: SKM, Sijil Pendingin & Penyaman Udara)
- Kemahiran kepimpinan dan boleh bekerja secara berkumpulan
- Boleh bekerja di luar kawasan jika perlu
- Lesen memandu B2/D adalah satu kelebihan
