**DIET AIDE**
1) Diet Aide assist dietitians in planning nutritional programmes and in planning menus for patients as part of an overall treatment plan under supervision of a dietitian.
2) Under supervision of a dietitian, Diet Aide assist dietitians in patient reviews, provide good customer service, recording and maintaining document and data patient, recording data from ward, forecasting data patient from day-to-day, responsible for obtaining customer menu choices on a daily basis and dealing with nurses for diet orders.
3) Monitor the accuracy of dietary meals in the trayline and also the ward.
4) Responsible for ensuring that all ‘Diet Forms’ are completed with the correct information (name & signature of the ward, time and date).
5) Enter data (patient, doctor-on-call, doctor OT) daily into the system.
6) Others will be notified during the interview session
