**Position Title**:
Front-End Lead

**Report To**:
Technical Manager (Front End)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Accountability**:

- Lead the frontend development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of front-end projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and processes.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Handle the development lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
- Advocate for and implement continuous improvement processes within the team, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code optimization
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the frontend team and other departments, such as UIUX, front-end development, QA, and operations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team

**Qualification & Working Experience**:

- Deep knowledge on React/Vue
- Proficiency in using Javacript (ES6 feature) and Typescript
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and experience with responsive design
- Proficiency in Git and version control platforms like Github/Gitlab
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed, and scalable systems
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices in software development.
- Experience in SSR/CSR/SSG/SPA/PWA
- Familiar & experience in CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS integration, API management platform (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud etc) is a plus.
- Experienced in Agile or SCRUM development methodology is a plus
