Today, Tian Si Jewellery has 3 retail outlets in Johor Bahru with more than 30 experienced staff ready to provide professional service and deliver great customer experience. Not only service, Tian Si Jewellery also introduced new 3D design service in their retail outlet for customer to customise their unique jewelry.

This role will be primarily be involved in the creation of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns coveringboth offline and online. You will be responsible to create consistency of brand across all marketing channels including in-store, online, social media, retail marketing, advertising and events.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute an integrated offline and digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Responsible for all marketing activities including ATL, BTL and digital.
- Responsible for branding, advertising, roadshows, company events and promotional collaterals for assigned markets.
- Deliver key brand and product stories for execution across all internal and external channels.
- Analyse marketing data to identify actionable trends and opportunities increase marketing effectiveness.
- Continually monitor and track performance of always on and campaign activities to inform and optimise future outcome.
- Collaborate with cross function team on key launches/commercial initiatives/product push.
- Always remain in touch with the climate of digital and retail market and competitor activities in order to provide informed strategy periodically.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous or current experience working as Head of Marketing level or equivalent Senior Marketing Manager level with retail/fashion experience.
- Proven background in developing & implementing integrated strategic marketing plans covering both offline and online.
- Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience with PPC, SEM/SEO, eDM, paid and organic social, affiliates, push notifications, SMS and conversion optimisation.
- Capacity to use Microsoft Office, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools and Shopify.
- Good in English and Chinese language; in both in oral and written. Ability to speak other language is an advantage
- Ability to understand the marketplace, including trends and consumer online shopping behaviours.
- Familiar with positive ROI of Marketing budget - cost per campaign; sales per campaign.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**:

- RM6,000 - RM8,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Mount Austin, Johor Bahru
