**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Internship opportunity at the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM)
**Responsibilities**:
- To assist with the chamber’s domestic activities such as engagements with the Malaysian government, embassies/ high commissions, bilateral chambers and business councils and outreach activities with the business community.
- To assist with the chamber’s international affairs activities such as engagements with the NCCIM’s counterpart in other countries and secretariat support to bilateral business councils.
- To assist with the chamber’s working committees’ work and to a certain extent the General Council and EXCO meetings’ work.
- To assist with the chamber’s events/ activities including arranging for meetings, delegation visits, forums, webinars and annual dinner.
- To assist with the marketing of the chambers’ signature events.
- To assist with carrying out research on topical business issues and on countries with bilateral relationship.
- To assist with updating of the chamber’s website and social media channels
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Executive Director/ Manager
**Requirements**:
- Required language: English and Bahasa Melayu
- Available to start immediately
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Monthly allowance provided.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
