1)Work in a hot temperature environment. 2)Heavy and Exhausting work such as loading and unloading construction material. 3)Able to fabrication, installation, demolition, cutting & welding to structural form-work. 4)Able to mixing concrete 5)Able to performance hand digging work 6)Able to perform good welding on steel structural. 7)Able to handling of production machines, tools and equipment. 8)Able to maintain good housekeeping at site all the time. 9)Able to maintain all machinery and tools in good condition with proper safe keeping. 10)Support superior in managing day-to-day production operations. 11)Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty. 12)To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time. REQUIREMENT 1)Able to work Over-Time with 2-3 hour per day 2)In good health status and good physical lifting strength 3)Require to work on a 6-day workweek 4)Able to work independently and under pressure in a changing and multi-tasking environment, with numerous deadlines. 5)Able to work being out of town 6)Efficiency at work and do not do haphazardly performance. 7)Obey the company policy, rules & regulation. 8)Provided own transportation and accomodation
