**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup and Calibration**:

- Set up and calibrate coating machines based on product specifications and production orders.
- Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure to achieve optimal coating results.

**Production Operation**:

- Monitor production runs to ensure consistency and quality in the coated products.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed during production to address any issues or deviations.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct visual inspections of coated têxtiles to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use measuring tools and instruments to verify coating thickness, adherence, and other quality parameters.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality issues promptly.

**Material Handling**:

- Load raw materials onto the machine and ensure a continuous supply during production
- Monitor material levels and replenish as necessary to prevent interruptions in the production process.

**Maintenance**:

- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production volumes, and any adjustments made during the production process.
- Complete production logs and reports as required.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, including mixing operators and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to address production challenges and achieve production targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in têxtile manufacturing, particularly in coating processes.
- Familiarity with coating machinery and related equipment.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and adjust machine settings accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
