Requirement for hiring CREW:

- Possess at least SPM / O-Level.
- May work special events, as needed.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or similar service environment is preferred.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively during peak hours.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.

Requirement of hiring SUPERVISOR:

- Possess at least SPM / O-Level.

- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a café or food service setting.
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and customers.
- Capable of addressing issues quickly and efficiently, especially during busy times.
- Experience with inventory control and managing supplies.
- Ability to train new staff and provide ongoing support to crew members.
- Understanding of promotions, upselling techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of health regulations and café operational standards.
