**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Administration or related field is an advantage
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g. printers, phone systems)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain visitor records and manage visitor access
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
